Association has an associated management company, accounting firm, and
a law firm, to handle various affairs of the Association. Mostly, the handled affairs revolve around the collection of shared expenses owed to the association by homeowners and the subsequent payment for services rendered by vendors, legal advise, and audits as directed by the Board of Trustees and our bylaws. Services also includes an annual CPA tax return, and the payment of all landscaping and snow removal vendors and insurance expenses.
